Meet Olivia Moses!
(plus a Contest Announcement!!!)

Today the spotlight is on Olivia Moses. Olivia is a Gr. 12 student at Fort Richmond Collegiate. 

Olivia's teacher describes her like this:
"She has the heart of an activist. She has been an active member, and a student leader of FRC’s Know Your Roots club, which organizes the school’s Black History Month. She dedicates much of her personal time to developing a deeper understanding of social injustices in the Black community and her activism extends and inspires her music, art, and sports. She is excited to continue growing as an activist and we are excited to see what her future brings."

We believe in Olivia and wanted to partner with FRC's Know Your Roots Club to #InspireHistory. In honour of Black History Month, they are challenging all high school students to show how they would inspire change and equality in their preferred creative format (spoken word, music, art, video, etc).

Winners will receive a Zueike Prize Pack. Deadline is February 28, 2021. Winners will be selected by the Zueike team and be announced March 12, 2021. Enter by following @Zueike on instagram, and posting your creative piece with #inspirehistory. Don’t forget to mention @Zueike.
